You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equivalent to the service minimum.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Any designs, plans, or intellectual property created during the provision of services remain the property of FixIt Works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas.
