1. Our Services

We offer internet marketing programs — including local SEO and Google Business Profile management — along with website design and development, web applications, custom software, workflow automation, and AI assistants and chatbots. Our services are described on our website and may change over time. The work we commit to for you is the work described in your written proposal or, for the First Page program, on its page.

2. Proposals and Scope

Project work starts with a free intro call — there is no fee for the call and no obligation after it. If we are a fit, you receive a written proposal with the scope, the timeline, and one fixed price. Once you accept it, the proposal is the agreement for that project; if the proposal and these Terms ever conflict, the proposal wins. Changes to scope are agreed and priced in writing before we do the additional work.

3. Payment and Billing

Every proposal states its price and payment schedule, and that price does not move for the agreed scope. We do not sell hours or publish a general rate card — our Solutions page explains how fixed-price quoting works. The one price we do publish is the monthly rate for the First Page program, on the Local SEO page. Invoices are due as stated on them; if an invoice goes unpaid past its due date, we may pause work until the account is current.

4. The First Page Program

Our local SEO subscription, First Page in 90 Days, is billed monthly. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract: you can cancel at any time, and you simply will not be billed again. The program's guarantee — what "first page" means, how it is measured, and what happens if you are not there at day 90 — is published in full on the Local SEO page, and what is published there is what applies.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business.
• Give us the access agreed for the work — for example, manager access to your Google Business Profile, your website, or the tools we are connecting. We work through named, revocable access rather than asking for your passwords.
• Respond to approval and feedback requests within a reasonable time so the work can keep moving.
• Only supply content, images, and materials you have the right to use.

6. Intellectual Property

When we build something for you — a website, an application, software, or content — the finished work is yours once it is paid for, as set out in your proposal: the code, the data, and the roadmap. We retain ownership of the general-purpose tools, libraries, and know-how we bring to every project, and you get the rights you need to use them as part of your finished work. Everything you provide to us — your brand, your content, your data — remains yours.

7. Results and Guarantees

We stand behind the work described in your proposal, and we measure and report results honestly. We do not promise specific business outcomes — rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue — unless a written proposal or the published First Page guarantee says otherwise. Search engines, hosting providers, and other third-party platforms change constantly and are outside our control.

8. Warranties and Liability

Beyond the commitments in your proposal, our services and this website are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, our website, or third-party platforms.

9. Ending an Engagement

You can cancel the First Page program at any time, as described above. Project engagements can be ended as set out in the proposal; if a project ends early, you pay for the work completed to that point and receive the work you have paid for. We may pause or end work if these Terms are violated or invoices remain unpaid.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
