The guarantee, in plain terms

A guarantee is only worth what its definitions are worth, so here are ours in full:
- “First page” means page one of Google's results for the search term we agree on together before we start, in the service area we agree on before we start.
- We measure the same way every month, across your whole service area, and you get the raw result — not a summary of it.
- If you are not on the first page at day 90, you stop paying and we keep working until you are.
- You stay there for as long as you are with us. Positions move — Google changes, competitors invest — so the commitment is that we keep working at no extra charge until you are back, not that a ranking never moves.
- While you are with us we will not take on another business in your category in your market. One client per service category per area.
- It requires your side too: access to manage your Google Business Profile, the ability to make agreed changes to your website, and that you actually ask your customers for reviews. If those stall, the clock pauses.
- It does not apply to profiles that are suspended, unverified, or already penalized by Google when we start — we will tell you before you sign if that is the situation.

Questions before you sign up
Why is there a monthly fee if most of the work is up front?
Two reasons, and the second is the one people don't expect. The first is that the work genuinely continues — reviews, posts, photos, listings and re-measuring every month, because a profile that goes quiet slides. The second is that the fee buys your category: while you are with us, we will not take on another business doing what you do in your market. Ranking you and your closest competitor for the same search would mean working against ourselves, so we turn that work away. That is a real cost to us, and it is what makes the guarantee possible — we are not just getting you onto the first page, we are keeping the seat.
What happens if I stop?
Nothing dramatic — it is month to month and you can leave whenever. The work already done stays yours: the profile, the reviews, the pages. What ends is the exclusivity, so we would be free to take on a business in your category again. We would rather keep you than replace you, which is the point.
Why $397 when agencies charge $1,500 a month for this?
Because most of that spread is account management, not work. The build-out is front-loaded and the monthly upkeep is genuinely a few focused hours — we have automated the reporting and the review requests, so we can charge what the work costs instead of what the market will bear.
Is the first page realistic in 90 days from nothing?
For the search terms that actually bring you customers, usually yes — profile work and reviews move quickly, and most local competitors have never finished either. The broadest, most contested term in a big city takes longer. We will give you an honest read at the benchmark stage rather than after you have paid for three months.
What if I am already on the first page?
Then you may not need us, and we will say so on the call. This program is built for businesses who are not showing up where their customers are looking, which is where there is real ground to gain.
Do you lock me into a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel whenever. A guarantee only means something if you are free to leave.
How do you get reviews without breaking Google's rules?
We ask every customer, not just the happy ones, and we never offer anything in exchange. Filtering for positive reviews — review gating — violates Google's policy, and incentivizing them violates the FTC's rule. Both risk your profile, which is the opposite of the point.
